Aircraft Detailing — Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Specialist interior and exterior detailing for private jets, light aircraft and helicopters. We come to your hangar.
We do one thing: we clean aircraft. Not cars, not boats — aircraft. Inside and out.
That focus is the point. Painted surfaces, acrylic windows, fire-retardant-treated upholstery and composite panels all have rules attached to them, and a general-purpose cleaning product will quietly destroy them. We buy aviation-specific chemistry, follow the owner’s approved procedures, and document every job from start to finish.
Interior and exterior detailing, carried out to the same standard — with standing programmes for fleets, flying clubs and charter operators.
What We Do

Cabin, cockpit, galley and lavatory returned to a standard the owner notices the moment they step aboard.

Everything we put on your aircraft — inside or out — is chosen because it is approved for the surface it touches.
Our products come from Aerosense, a specialist aviation chemical manufacturer. Every product is formulated for the surface it touches — painted composite, acrylic transparency, polished metal or treated upholstery.
Aircraft windows are usually acrylic, not glass. Household glass cleaner crazes and clouds the panel permanently, and that damage does not polish out — the window gets replaced.
Light scratches polished out, dulled paint brought back, and a ceramic nano guard laid down afterwards. The surface stays slick, sheds dirt and holds its gloss far longer than a wash on its own.
Exterior work removes the exhaust streaking, carbon deposits and insect residue that roughen the airframe and add drag. Industry studies put the fuel penalty of a contaminated surface at roughly half a percent to two percent.
A walk-around with you before we begin, photographs of every existing mark, and a full before-and-after record on completion. Nobody has to rely on memory.

We walk the aircraft with you before we touch it and photograph what is already there. We never remove bolted-in parts — that is maintenance, and it belongs to an engineer.
We work around your schedule, not ours — days, evenings, nights or weekends, whichever window suits you, at your hangar or on the apron.
Tell us the aircraft, the airfield and what you need done. We price every job individually and reply within one business day.
